The trumpet shape is really flattering, and the stitching seems pretty sturdy. I reckon the train is a bit much for a small venue, so I might get it altered.

I was expecting a lighter fabric, but it's actually really nicely structured. The bodice gives great support even without a bra. The only downside is that being a mermaid style, it pulled a bit on the thighs when I sat down for the reception. I had to be careful not to make any sudden movements, but for standing photos, it's absolutely stunning.
