The dress itself is really nice and the floral print is gorgeous, but the packaging definitely needs a rethink. It arrived pretty crumpled in the box, so I had to spend ages carefully steaming the satin to get the creases out before I could try it on. Delivery was standard, nothing to write home about. Overall it's a nice frock, just wish they took a bit more care packing it.
