The dress is absolutely gorgeous and shipping was spot on. The satin is a bit delicate though, and tends to show lines if you don't wear the right undies. The one-shoulder look is really chic and overall it looks stunning on.

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about ordering a satin mermaid dress online, but the fabric has a really nice weight to it. It drapes beautifully and doesn't cling to every single flaw, which was my biggest fear. The one-shoulder ruffle detail is actually super elegant in person. My only tiny issue is the zip is a bit stiff right at the waist seam, so you definitely need someone to help you zip it up. Wore it for about four hours at a wedding and it stayed surprisingly comfortable even when sitting down.

Honestly I was a bit sceptical about the sizing, but the size chart is pretty spot on. The dress fits heaps well around the hips and is super flattering. The fabric has a gorgeous shine, but it gets a bit static, so definitely keep some anti-static spray handy! The bow on the shoulder falls beautifully. Dropping a star because the stitching on the inside hem is a bit dodgy, but you can't see it at all from the outside. Bloody brilliant for the price.
