sooo i accidentally ordered the wrong size at first and the customer service team were absolute legends to deal with. they sorted my order before it was sent out! the dress itself is gorgeous. the stitching is so neat and the 3/4 sleeves hide my arms exactly how i wanted.

It's a stunning dress but walking in it is a bit of a struggle? The mermaid hem is really tight around the knees. I tripped twice just walking down the hallway haha. Good thick fabric though.

The dress is stunning and looks exactly like the pics. My only gripe is that the one-shoulder bit rubs a tad on my collarbone and got a bit red after having it on for a few hours.
