Colour: Black
I was a bridesmaid for a wedding where we could pick our own style as long as it was the right colour. I chose this one because of the sleeves. I can't stand strapless dresses. This was heaps comfortable! I could lift my arms, hug people, and have a dance without worrying about a wardrobe malfunction. The waist sat a little higher on me than I reckoned it would, almost like an empire line, but it still looked gorgeous. The colour was really vibrant and matched the swatch the bride gave us spot on. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants comfort first.

I was so stoked the fabric was light! It’s really elegant and simple. I paired it with a faux fur wrap and some sparkly earrings, and it looked a million bucks. The zip is invisible, which looks sleek, but it can be a bit fiddly to zip up on your own. You definitely need a mate to help you get into it. Other than that, no worries at all. It washed up well on the delicates cycle afterwards too, which was a nice surprise.

This dress was an absolute lifesaver for my sister's wedding last month. I was pretty worried about ordering online because sizes are always all over the shop, but this fit surprisingly well straight out of the bag. The chiffon fabric feels super light and breezy, which was spot on for an outdoor ceremony in July. I didn't feel like I was sweating buckets in it. The V-neck cut is flattering without being too full-on, you know? I just had to get the hem taken up a tad because I'm a bit of a shorty, but that happens with every dress I buy. For the price, the quality is honestly heaps better than I expected. Definitely hanging onto it for another bash.

I’m a curvy gal and finding formal wear is usually a bloody nightmare. This dress was a really nice surprise. The sleeves cover the parts of my arms I don't love, and the V-neck isn't too plunging. It gave me a great shape without needing to chuck on the Spanx, which is an absolute miracle. The fabric is breathable, so I wasn't sweating buckets. My only gripe is that the armholes were a bit snug, so if you've got bigger arms, maybe size up. But honestly, finding a dress this flattering online is rare, so I’m absolutely stoked with it.

So, I've got a bit of a funny body shape—broad shoulders but narrow hips—and this dress actually balanced me out really nicely. The V-neck draws the eye down and the sleeves soften my shoulder line. I wore it to a spring garden party and felt like a fairy. The material is a bit prone to static, so definitely chuck some anti-static spray in your bag. Also, the hook at the top of the zip was a bit loose, but my mum sewed it back on in a sec. Overall, it’s a really gorgeous, feminine dress that is an absolute breeze to wear.
