This is hands down one of the most comfy formal dresses I own. I was dreading wearing a 'mother of the bride' dress because they usually feel so stiff and frumpy, but this one is actually gorgeous. The fabric has a bit of stretch which made sitting down for dinner way more comfy than I expected. My only whinge is that the armhole on the sleeveless side was cut a bit low for my liking, but a bit of fashion tape sorted it right out.
