I bought these for my bridesmaids and they absolutely loved the sparkle. The ribbon is soft and doesn’t feel scratchy at all.

Used this for a DIY bridal shower gift basket and it added such a nice touch. The rhinestones are surprisingly shiny in person, though a few felt a little loose. It worked out great for photos.
