It’s heaps good for everyday wear. I pop it on under my scrubs at the hospital just for a bit of back support and shaping. It holds up really well through a 12-hour shift, though by the end of the day, the waistband feels a tad tight. But for the price, you really can't beat the quality compared to those pricey department store brands.
