I was a bit worried the satin would show every bump, but the fabric actually has a nice weight and drapes beautifully. I wore it for the whole reception and never felt the need to loosen it up. The lace embroidery on the sleeves is the detail that really makes it pop.

Gorgeous drape and the colour really makes my skin glow. Washed it on a delicates cycle and it came out looking fab.

I normally struggle with sleeves being too tight, but these short sleeves have plenty of room. The V-neck isn't too plunging, spot on for a mother of the bride. It did arrive with a bit of a funny smell, but hanging it on the line for a day sorted it. Really flattering fit overall.
