It was spot on for the after-party. The fabric is surprisingly breathable for satin, and I had no worries moving around. I danced for four hours straight without ever feeling restricted or uncomfortable. Plus, being sleeveless kept me from sweltering in the packed room. Highly recommend if comfort is what you're after!

The fabric has a beautiful weight to it. It's not that tacky shiny stuff, but a gorgeous matte finish that looks absolutely fab in photos. It falls beautifully and holds the A-line shape really well.

I only took it to the tailor to get the straps taken up a tad, but otherwise it was spot on straight out of the parcel. The structure of the bodice gives heaps of support.
