I bought this for a work Christmas party because I was after something modest but still cute. The three-quarter sleeves are spot on for freezing offices. The frill detail adds just enough flair without being over the top. Fits pretty well overall, maybe a tad snug in the arms but no biggie. Definitely keeping it.
