Was super nervous about ordering formalwear online. The twill satin actually looks quite expensive in person and has a subtle sheen that photographs beautifully. My only tiny whinge is that the bodice dug in slightly after sitting for four hours at a dinner, but the A-line skirt hid my food baby perfectly.

I wasn't sure about the size since I'm usually between an M and an L. I grabbed the M and it barely zipped up. The material is thick and definitely not see-through, which is brilliant. Just a heads up on the static though, I had to give it a quick spray before heading out.

The midi length is spot on for an evening event. I'll admit the zip was a bit sticky around the waist seam, but once it was done up, the fit was absolutely stunning. The material feels super soft on the skin and doesn't cling weirdly when you sit down.

I bought this for a friend's wedding and was worried about the off-the-shoulder sleeves slipping, but they stayed put perfectly. The satin has a really nice weight to it and drapes beautifully. It did arrive with some creases from the packaging, so definitely plan to steam it before wearing. Otherwise, fantastic value for money!

Fits amazingly around the waist and the colour is spot on with the picture. Absolutely love it!
