I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the stitching and how well the zip is done. We had to stand out in the blazing sun for hours for photos, and the fabric was surprisingly breathable for satin. The dress falls beautifully and perfectly hides the tummy area when you're sitting at the table after the wedding reception meal.

I was honestly worried the fabric would look cheap, but not at all. It has a heavy drape that feels super premium. I wore it to my best mate's garden wedding and the colour looked spectacular in natural light. I just had to steam the hem.

The dress is gorgeous, but the invisible zip is a real pain to pull up by yourself, especially where the fabric is thicker at the waist. I had to get someone to give me a hand. Other than that, it held up beautifully for the whole reception.
